Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — form 10c amount not credited

I have applied for my complete pf withdrawal on 6th july 2016, i have received my form 19 amount credited to my bank account on 26th july 2017 (Claim id: aphyd[protected].
And on 1st august 2017, i received an sms stating that "form 10c (Withdrawal benefit) claim id: aphyd[protected] acct n0 aphyd[protected] approved for payment through cheque. Payment under process". It has been 20 days, still it is showing the same status but i didn't received the credit in my account till now. All of my friends got credited their form 19 and 10c on the same day, but for me it is almost a month but still i haven't got the money. I am worried about that. Please look into this.

My previous employer m/s Geetanjali Woollens Pvt ltd passbook not, saw interest for the financial year 2016-17 so, please provide interest for the y/o 2016-17 immediately

From last 4 months I am not getting my PF amount .. I am working with ABIL Pune. I need this money for hospital reason asap. Please do the needful . My contact is [protected] . Kindly check the attachment
