Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — from last 13 days my partial withdrawal claim is under process

I have applied for partial pf withdrawal with Tracking ID number[protected] on 4th April 2019. Till toady I have not got any intimation and it is showing still under process. Kindly help to resolve the issue. My UAN Number is[protected]. My UAN A/c is already linked with Aadhar card and also Bank account. Please try to resolve at the earliest.
