Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — full interest not received for inoperative account

Dear sir or madam,
I am member of employees provident fund and my uid is[protected].
Recently i have withdrawn my account after filing complaint against the employer who was not willing to attest my withdrawal forms.
I have received interest only upto 31st march 2015. As per the epfo guidelines i am entitled to receive interest on the account upto the age of 58 years and whereas my age is only 51.
Kindly look into this matter and help me receive interest for the remaining years.

I applied to transfer my PF account through online on 18/06/2019. But till now my account has not transferred. I tried to reach over phone. But the contact number also not correct.

i need to know why my form-10C rejected.
