Dear sir, I am rohit kumar singh, past employee in iigm pvt. Ltd at service co-ordinator post in kolkata branch. I left iigm pvt ltd in 2017 some family issues, now i am claim my pf amount online, so please help me verify my documents which already submitted in epf office ex - aadhaar, pan card and bank account details in 1 month ago. But still not approved my kyc request. I have sent mail to [protected]@epfindia.gov.in regarding the updation of Date of Exit for the previous employer though the amount got transfered but i haven't received any response till now.

claimed my PF on 18/12/2018 and still it shows under process and people who claimed with me have received funds in 15 days and mine now is 30 days
Please Help as this was for some treatment.
