My name is a r ramesh babu my name /dob change request has been submitted by my employer at two months ago (Epfo sms service sended at: wednesday 06/03/2019 your request to change name dob/gender in unified portal is approved by employer and pending at field office epfoho) this seems to be pending at bangalore field office my uan no is[[protected]] kindly approve this for me at the earliest possible as i am trying to claim this money for my medical purpose please please please please help me
