Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — no credit of pension for the months may 17/jul 17

My ppo no. Is 27229.
My last pension credited is on 3rd may 2017 for rs.785/-.
When i enquired in bank, they told us none of the pensioners are getting pension
From barkatpura, hyderabad office and they told that they didnot know the reason. Kindly do the needful.
