I was awarded two pension pay order since i had taken voluntary retirement in my first employment and later joined another organization. After retirement at my second employment, employee / employer portion of pf deduction was refunded. After declaring about my first employment pf a/c details, second pension was fixed. However, since two pensions were not allowed as per pf rule, i was asked to refund the amount of pension received which i promptly transferred and it has been debited to my account on 24th july. Even after two months, neither my contribution (Against my pf a/c no. Kn/bn/26325/3) has been refunded nor my pension against my first pf a/c no. Kn/bng/40822 (Which was kept on hold) has been released. None of my letters reaches concerned officers. Can i get any help in refund and release of pension. Was this information helpful? |
