My EPF Pension is not credited to my S.B. A/c No. [removed] of State Bank Of India, Science City Road Branch, Ahmedabad for the month of May 2017 to be credited in the month of June 2017 and for the month of June 2017 to be credited in the month of July 2017.

I have already successfully registered digital life certificate. My pramaan ID is [removed]. Text message for the same was received to my mobile on Friday 17 February 2017, 12.30 PM.
Kindly look into the matter to refund the pension and to make it continue to credit to my bank account.
