Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — non-receipt of monthly pension from may 2017

Reference my epf account no. Kd/mal/004176/000/0003979 and pension payment order no. Kd/mal/03069070 and my digital life certificate id no. Jp id - [protected].

I hereby lodge my complaint that i have not received my monthly pension from employees provident fund organization, from may 2017 onwards till date.

My aadhar card was linked to my epf account on 27.07.2017 at epfo malad (Kandivali) regional office on 27.07.2017.

I request for payment of my monthly pension from may 2017 onwards immediately.

I request you to look into my complaint and resolve the issue immediately.

duly signed form handed over to employee dt 28.01.2017

still employer not submitted the forms to PF office and not providing the documents to submit the forms by own
