Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Non-Transfer of PF Funds from Previous Employer PF Account to Current Employer PF Account

My PF Transfer request submitted 2 years before with my previous employer (EIT Services India Private Limited, Bangalore) and EPFO is not yet processed. The previous employer reply back that the action is pending from PF Office where as the PF Office replies back to contact the previous employer. My hard-earned PF amount during my 10 years tenure in the previous employer is still not yet transferred to my Current PF account even after 2 years from Date of Exit.
I have submitted many grievances with PF Department, but niether action has been taken nor proper response given. I hereby attach the latest grievance raised with EPFO, but the same was closed with out any action. My previous employer submitted a joint Declaration form with EPFO (Copy attached hereby) for correction of Date of Exit. But the same hasn't been processed by the EPFO Dept. When I lodged a Grievance ticket for the same attaching the copy of document submitted, they have closed the ticket without appropriate action / correction of Date of Exit.
When My Grievance was closed by SOCIAL SECURITY ASSISTANT, ACCOUNTS SECTION[protected], EPFO Regional Office, BANGALORE560068 Karnataka Stating that "The requested details are updated." However when I checked the details weren't updated and again I raised comment for the same ticket that the details aren't updated.
But the compliant was again closed by RPFC I, EPFO, Regional Office, BANGALORE 560068) mentioning "Kindly resubmit joint declaration along with Form 4/5/7/8PS"
The PF transfer circle backs to Previous Employer (EIT Services India Private Limited, Bangalore) and EPFO without any action taken from both of them for past 2 years.
I have requested the previous employer (EIT Services) to submit the requested documents, but no response from the previous employer as well.
I kindly request the concerned authorities to take necessary action for my PF Transfer.
