Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — not able to claim online in uan portal

Hi team,

I am trying to claim my pf amount online using uan portal since long time, but every time i am facing new errors. My uan is linked to aadhar and both are having the same details but i am still facing the attached error message.
It is saying basic attributes of demographic data did not match but per my knowledge all details are same and correct both on uan portal and aadhar. Is there any way to know which details are not matching in this case or how can we resolve this issue?

Please help me in this regard.
