Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — not able to submit online claim form

I have veen trying to raise online claim for form 19 since 25 days on both web and app. Every time I get the reason technical error. Such an important site and no one is able to resolve the issue?? I need to withdraw complete balance. I raised my concern with epf grievance cell also, but rather than getting their server issue resolved, they have asked me to claim pf offline. I have a small baby and i cannot leave my house for long, so online claim is my only option. Please someone help!

I requested at UAN portal to modify my basic details and it had been accepted by employer but pending by Delhi south field office, kindly helping me by updating it, it taken so many days till time .

Please find attached the document and we have to requested in a our aadhar card status was pending status from KR Puram Office end and need to be activate approval your end, so we have to kindly request and do a needful action.

I was submitted partial withdrawal amount is 85000 but I am receiving only 1100 can u clarify the reason ..
