[Resolved]  Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — online epf transfer for members

My uan number is[protected]. It is claimed that epfo provides online transfer facility from one employer epf account to another employ epf account when one takes up a new jod. This facility will removal of physical process in epf transfer. I used their website https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberi for online transfer and found no transfer is possible. The error message i get are attached herewith.

LAST 1 MONTH I Send The Name Change Request on EPFO Portal.
But No Reply.
Error:- pending at vashi office.
Call On His Tall Free No. Out OF reach Such No. Not Right All Are Wrong no.
End No ans On Mail.
Ask Me How To request to name Change ?

I have to transfer my PF account from Hariyana PF trust with establishment Id is : GNGGN[protected]. But not able to contact PF office via phone for few queries. Phone is ringing but nobody responding
