Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Online PF transfer rejected by field office

Hello Sir,

I have submitted PF transfer request online on the Online transfer claim portal, which has been approved by my current employer, however, it is showing as "Rejected by field officer". Can you please let me know the reason for the rejection?
