Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pension transfer not done from past three years

We requested for transferring our family pension from epfo, meerut to epfo, kolkata. According to https://mis.epfindia.gov.in/PensionPaymentEnquiry/pensionStatus.jsp pension has been transferred to kokata. Inspite of visiting epfo, kolkata every month from last one year no update from there. From past 3 years we have not received our pension as we requested for transfer. We faced a lot of difficulty because of this. Kindly start our pension at the earliest possible as we have no earning member in our family as my father passed away o 7th of december 2013. Kindly help me with the same. Already complaint on the portal-kolkata office has sent a request for sending the duplicate copy of the pension documents. Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible.
