Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf advance not received. it's been more than a month

Hi my wife uan[protected] name - sayali moray. She have applied for a pf advance as it was an emergency. Applied on 26th jan till today i have not received the amount yet, i have registered grievance couple of times but this guy name bhupender yadav just copy and paste without even understanding my emergency and issue. He also addressed me as sir which clearly shows how irresponsible they are.
