Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf amount not credited after applying

Myself bhavya applied for pf in february manually.. Uan:[protected].. Worked from 2013 to 2019.. Pf office mangalore has received the documents but not processed further.. We had visited pf office to check the status on 1st march 2019.. Our document were lieing in the desk and not even processed.. After discussing with accounts department in section 4, it was told to us that by wednesday (6/03/2019) amount will be credited to the account. Till now amount is not credited.. And when we call to the number[protected] no one responds.. Since i'm pregnant i cannot visit every time to the pf office.. Twice we have visited.. If there is problem in crediting the amount, pf office should convey to the employee.. But till date we have not received any call or money.. I would request higherup to take further action on this and do the needful...
