Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf claim got rejected from field office

Hi sir/madam,

I am sri ramya puttaparthi, i have applied my pf claim recently from uan portal and checked today that my pf claim got rejected due to some reasons and i don't even know why it got rejected as there was no reason mentioned in the portal.
Could you please investigate the reason why my pf claim got rejected so that i can correct the mistake and apply for pf once again. I am herewith giving all my details,
Pf number : tn/51929/2283
Uan number :[protected]

The employer name is randstad india pvt limited. The main branch of the company is located in chennai and i have worked with this company in hyderabad location.

The message displayed in portal was "claim rejected"

Could you please help me in this case so that i can apply my pf again.
