Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf claim has been rejected for 2nd time

My pf claim has been rejected for 2nd time. I have provided all the necessary document and information. Why it has been rejected and i cant open the link which was sent on my mobile number for rejection reason. It is showing on my mobile number like this your online claim form-19 (Gnggn[protected] has been rejected by epfo on 30-07-19. For rejection reason visit https://goo.gl/MF9z19. i am not able to open the link why it is happening like this. And why it is rejected for 2nd time. Please help me out with my issue.
