Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf clearance

Hi. This is naba. My uan is[protected]. I applied for my pf in february 2017. But till now i can't receive my pf.
When i was contact my hr team they always told me is processing wait for some days. We submit your form to our agent. But it's almost 9month and main thing is that presently i'm in guwahati for a long time. So what should i do now.

I'm trying to check online but no-one website working properly.
Please solve my problems.
