Hi team,

I am (Sanjana maity) have applied for my pf via your efdindia website online. On your website it states the 2 claim id's below for me has been settled. Payment sent on 1-nov -18 via neft. But i did not receive the amount yet in my bank account and today is 3rd nov 2018.

With neft, ayment should reflect in my bank account within 24hours. But it's not yet credited. I need immediate action on it as it's my hard earned money.

Claim id for form 10 c - dlcpm[protected]
Amount - 27860rs/-

Claim i'd for form 19 - dlcpm[protected]
Amount - 57288rs/-

Member i'd for both claims on website - dlcpm[protected]

Both claims receipt date is 24/10/2018 on website and dispatch date is 1/11/2018 on the epf website.

Please look into my request and let me know when will i get the amount in my bank account on high priority!!
