I am working in a pvt. Ltd. Company which does not deduct pf from the salary. This is approx 18 employee company and has a pvt. Ltd. Label.
They have not given any break up of salary. They did not mention the
1. Basic salary,
2. Hra
3. Any allowances (I am not sure what other things should be included in a salary break up sheet).
They just give a standard amount as in salary without "salary slip".
Please advice me on-
1.in what condition a company does not deduct pf from salary?
2. Why was it not important to give a salary break up?
3. Under what condition a company can be a pvt. Ltd. Company, yet it does not have to deduct pf?
I am a employee of vista electronics care (Sony authorised service centre) i am working from last 3 years. I have not been paid my pf from the date of joining, when we asked them recently they said we are not paying the pf.
We are about 18 staff from both cco and technician.
The jammu pf office staff members and vista electronic care has good under standing, they won’t come for inspection properly, even they come they talk to management not go.
Kindly help us, we very much worried about our job also, they may remove from the job and will create some allegation on us, so that we should keep our mouth shut. The contact no of owner is [protected] are respectively.
