I am trying from last 1 year but not getting support from EPFiGMS website.
My UAN number is[protected]
I had applied for online PF transfer on the UAN member portal on 15 March 2022 (Claim Id - DLCPM[protected], and claim status incorrectly showing that "Your Claim [ Claim Id - DLCPM[protected] ] has been Settled on - 15-MAR-2022, and amount and Service transferred to : MHBAN[protected]". However till date that the PF amount is not yet transferred.
Even the passbook of member id DLCPM[protected]source member id) shows that there was "CHEQUE RETURN A/C 1” in that account.
In the meantime, I have also changed my company 6 months back with my current PF member id PUPUN[protected], and I want to re-apply for Form-13 online to transfer PF balance from DLCPM[protected] to PUPUN[protected], but UAN portal giving me an error "Transfer claim request is already submitted for previous account."
I am attaching all the snapshot of below:

Therefore, I am requesting to correct the technical error at EPFO side and cancel online claim request (DLCPM[protected] so that I can freshly apply for Form 13 online and place a request for PF Transfer to my current employer member id (PUPUN[protected] account.
I must have raised 15 grievance on EPFiGMS portal however till date haven’t received any resolution, and my PF amount is stuck because of that.
Request you to look into this matter and sort this please.
