Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf rejection without checking the details

I submit the form 19 full pf settlement along with from 10 but i got only pension amount not my pf amount form 19 has been rejected and error was showing settled but returned by the neft on[protected]. Then i resubmit the form 19 but it's rejected by the field office claim status showing that claim-form-19 (Epf final settlement) (Resign) claim id-dsnhp[protected] member id-dsnhp[protected] has been rejected due to :- rs 15902/- on 07/01/2019/ok

The amount is not credited it was returned by the neft to the field office. I didn't got any money. On[protected] the claim settled but returned. Kindly check the all information before taking any action. Please resolve this issue. My uan no is[protected]
