Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Pf transfer still not done

I had registered a complaint earlier as wrll regarding the same. The complaint num is srbom/e/2017/02360.
The hard copy of transfer claim form-13 as well as soft copy has been submitted, still there is no transfer of pf accumulation.

The otcp transfer claim form-13 received and eps details have already been transferred from py/bom/13015/53509 to bg/bng/25837/1011 on 05.11.2016.

Please suggest further action from my end.

Dear Team,

I am checking for EPFO web sites for online transfer from last 3 months on wards, the web are not at all working. can you please look into this issue.

Now EPFO team are saying you can with draw money very easily, if we send mail also they are not responding.
