Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — PF withdrawal for medical reason

I have been trying to withdraw a part of my PF to cater urgent medical needs at home.
But when I tried to raise the claim I got an error on the web page. Please see below error

The problem seems to be with my previous UAN ( PF account ) which was with HCL and they have their own PF trust.
I raised a grievance with EPFO as I was not sure of what to do. I got the response from EPFO saying that my aadhar is not updated in old UAN and it should be updated to raise the claim.

I raised concern with my previous employer HCL to update my aadhar and they replied back saying that aadhar is already linked to old UAN.
Now left with no clue I raised claim for 'One Employee One PF Account 'hoping that this would solve the problem but again my claim for One Employee One PF Account was rejected by the Regional officer and no particular reason/Statetment was given as to why this was rejected.
Now again, I am not sure what correction steps I should take.
I even contacted EPFO grievance officer but no body picked up my ph.
I emailed my concern but there was no response either.
This has been going on for months now and I am still not able to withdraw money although I need it badly for medical support.
