Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — regarding pf issues

Respected sir,
Greetings for the day!!!

I have resigned from the services of tgs e commerce pvt ltd and tgs construction, hsr layout, bengaluru in year of 2016 and i requested to the company so many time to help me withdrawal mine pf amount as well eps amount but they not gave any proper responded. I am unable to withdraw mine pf amount without uan no as well without registered mobile no. Humble request you to please help me in that.

My previous company (WIPRO) share all the documents related to PF transfer, i.e cheque number, cheque amount and also Annexure K copy at date 17/9/18 and received by Bandra PF office on date 21/9/18. But still I am not received my PF amount in my present PF number.
