Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — rejection of pf form because of 15g/15h

Hi sir/ madam,

I am narendrasinh virendrasinh jadav,
Company name :-coromandel agrico pvt ltd

I have checked my pf withdrawal status it looks like my pf form has been rejected reason form 15g/15h and status seen as rejection letter under dispach/dispached to address your claim but i have not received it yet and i am not able to send them other form!
But i filled 15g form and submitted 2 nos copy so what is the reason for rejection

So what should be i do?
Can i send to form15g/15h with pan card copy direct to pf office by post?
Or please suggest what should be i do?
