Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Site down for making payment of epf contribution before due date

Every month 15th is the cut off date to make payment of the epf contribution and if the same is paid after 15th then penalty is imposed on the employer but due to the site down for last 4-5 days we are not submitting the contribution . so as yesterday is the cutt off day so we are now liable to pay the penalty without our mistake which is un genuine so want to allow grace period till the site problem get resolved
