Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — the pf amount from previous organization not yet credited to my current pf account

Hi,

I received the pf amount transfer mail from my previous organization mentioning that the pf amount has been transferred to epfo on 24th August, 2018. I waited for some time for the amount to get credited to my current pf account, after i lost my patience i raised a ticket with EPFO body for this issue on 18th September, 2018 whose resolution i got on 1st October, 2018 and i quote the resolution :-
"Sir, Due to some technical reason this office is unable to credit the amount to your account. The matter has been referred to our technical team. We assure you that the amount will be credited to your account as soon as the issue is resolved. There will be no loss of interest. The inconvenience is deeply regretted."
It has been 42 days since and i have not yet received the amount.
Kindly get me my pf money, this is very sad that the government body is sitting on our money with waste reasons.

Updated by Arpitt It has been 62 days since i raised this request and still i have not got any response. Is this why consumer complain forums are made so that consumers get more frustrated?
