Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — There is no proper customer support number

Hi,

As per the epfo we should have only one uan number. But my organization and previous organization had given two uan numbers. How it is possible with single pan card having two uan numbers.

My old uan numbers is :[protected]
My new uan number :[protected]
Because of this i am not able to withdraw my pf amount.
Pf became very worst interfacing with the employer (Organization).
They should be straight forward to employee to withdraw the pf amount without employer (Organization).
How income tax is working by claiming or returning the tax amount to the person without interfering the organization. This should be same happen to epfo
The epfo had given free toll free number : [protected] which is always busy never connect to any member
