Sir,
I submitted form-13 on dec 1st week 2017 for transfer from old epf acc (Bommasandra) to new epf acc (K r puram) as it is urgently needed to withdraw my epf amount as a whole for domestic reasons. Till now it iss showing request pending while i checked online service. I tried calling to epf k r puram branch no :[protected] &[protected] nobody is picking the call. I am disgusted with this kind of service. If the concerned authorities are reading this then kindly do the needful.

The name of my EPF account is given as Sivakumar T. But in my Aadhaar card my name is mention as Sivakumar Thiyagarajan so when I upload my Aadhaar card to link my EPF account to Aadhaar card it won't take it as my proof.

And also in another proof the name initials in my ID proof will be in the front back also it won't take it into account.

I am not able to update my PAN and AADHAR no. in KYC upadation. Request you to kindly assist.

I tried many times but it is not happening. Also, let me know what other documents you may require to ensure my KYC is updated.
