Currently, I have two active UANs #[protected] and #[protected] with incomplete details on both. UAN #[protected] was generated in 2017 for my current PF account MHBAN[protected] and since then I am witnessing the issue and raising concerns. The correct details were present till 2017, while my last PF transfer was completed in 2016.
I had raised multiple grievances to correct my service history on the current UAN#[protected] but still, both UANs are reflecting incorrect details. The reasons provided in 200+ Grievances raised in 6 years were unique and irrelevant. Sometimes they were being closed without any reason even after escalating it to next level. I had shared the Annexure-K for all transfers, but still I could not find any reason why a PF entry is not present and why I have two UANs.
The correct service history for UAN[protected] should be as follows:
APHYD[protected] Present in current UAN
PUPUN[protected] not present in any UAN,
APHYD[protected] Present in old UAN,
MHBAN[protected] Present in current UAN
All PF accounts were transferred sequentially but my current UAN has details of only 1st and 4th PF account.
I have even raised request to transfer and close the old UAN[protected] and the transfer request was attested by my present employer, but even that is being rejected by field officer without providing any reason. Was this information helpful? |
