Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — unable to download passbook and no customer care

Although i can login to uan portal (https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/).
But i am unable to login on member passbook portal (https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemberPassBook/LoginServlet) with the same uan credentials. Message shown is "invalid uan or password"
Path followed: www.epfindia.gov.in our services for employees member passbook.
Please resolve this issue asap.
