Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — unable to process claim using uan portal, customer care not working | |
Old member (PYKRP[protected] transfered to new member id (MHBAN[protected] years before but Old member id not closed and still visible in the portal. Due to this i am unable to submit online claim. EPFO customer care not working since more than 1 year... Branch office never pick the calls. The epfo website is not functioning properly for more than a year now. Due to whichnmy employer had to open a new UAN. Which goes against the principle that one person one UAN Was this information helpful? | |
