I am not able to transfer my Conduent PF to HCL Techonologies. it keep getting rejected, No one has informed me about the reason. EPFO department listen to your question and disconnect the call. What is the use of keeping the number when they just disconnect the call. It hieghly disrespectfull. a person with so much hope calls them to get the answer and they just dont revert. I have written so many emails still no revert. UAN[protected]
Also, when i update the bank account, it says miss match of name, My Name is same as mentioned in UAN, PF, UAN and on my bank accounts. Can you please share the details where there is mistach of name. Atleast they should share the details so that a person should know . Request you to share the details as soon as possible. I need to transfer the funds and get this KYC part clear as soon as possible.
