Description of the incident - i am pf account holder my company made a mistake in submitting the basic details for my pf account and i am doing multiple follow ups with the department from 16 feb 2019 to get the update done despite providing the necessary details including joint declaration signed by the employer and basic documents for necessary changes made which they acknowledged on feb 24. On raising a grievance they came back on april 29 th stating that i had missed the last digit of my pf account number while making the application based on the defective scan pdf copy that does not have the last digit with out going to the original hard copy that has the correct details. Further my uan number that is an alternative identity number has been correctly stated in the application. I have been put through unnecessary hardships and have been waiting now for over 3 months for the change.

Resolution - please have my pf account number updated with the correct details.
