[Resolved]  Webastral Infotech — Fraud of Salary

Hello,

I was working in a company named as "Webastral Infotech". I was very good employee there. I got my first salary cheque and was happy to cash it. I gave it to my bank and then unfortunately, due to some personal reasons, I couldn't be available in company for 1 day...

Guess what, they stopped my salary cheque of previous month and terminated me & sent me an E-mail mentioned "You no need to come in office from tomorrow onwards". They have full rights to terminate me but who gave him the rights for not to pay the salary of my previous month....

Please help me..... and I request you take a legal action against this company... and the company owner name is Ashok Puri and Amrik Puri....
