[Resolved]  Webastral Infotech — Salary has not made for 1.5 month

I was working in from Aug 2012 and worked almost 1.5 year. I put my all dedicated efforts to reach this company at a upper level where I can. In the end when I submitted my resignation I told them that I have some personal problems so it would be great if they relieve me soon. They agreed and I have signed my feedback letter. They told me that all my due and experience letter will be given after few days. In a good faith I agreed. However after 5-6 days they told me that they will not clear my dues and putting false statements against me that I tried to contact their client. As they have their email system open so anybody can make use of that. I have called them many time, but they haven't respond me. My total pending dues are almost 1.5 month salary i.e. around 39000. This is a big amount for me. My family is dependent on me. Please help me and I request you take a legal action against this company. The owner name is Amrik Puri. This company has already cheated with other employees.
