Booked package for mussorie pickup was at 6 am and there is no taxi came...tried calling for about 7 hours but no response..all the advance payment was done already..will sue them in consumer court..posting this for public awareness..
Very poor service..if you are attracted by the cheap price thrn u would be fooled when the vacation times come.. it bettrr to opt for yatra or mmt.....

Emprise Staff followed up 24X7 first and once we finalized deal & made initial payment, they took 1 wk to respond after multiple calls/sms/emails. They have no idea about locations & travel time. So, wrong estimate/planning. We ended up losing one night at Manali. We paid extra driver charges at hotel. When called/SMSed, no response from Emprise....

Yesterday i was admit complaint. i was go to 9th sept. 15. i was go 9thsept. morning 3am. air ticket counter on delhi airport. i seen my ticket sitting in counter oprator. nd say. my tickect is cancelled. or change my. tour. dates. he say me your ticket is duplicate your pnr no is show. wrong. i was shocked nd very sad this time. then incoming call in my home. my mother is not ok. i come back home. nd massege amninder sing my...

I have booked. tour package. nd paid 62000 rs. full peyment. nd receved. air ticket nd hotel vaucher. via mail. with 3 nights pataya 2 night bangkok. if i went air port nd see air tickt air counter he say this ticket. is duplicate. i come back home. nd called emprise india. amrinder singh but he farud. my peymet paid 62000 rs is loss....
