I ordered a DSC token from E-Mudhra on 24th of February and was told that I will be receiving it in 1 business day but it was not delivered already 1 week passed when I contacted their chat support I was given a "Delhivery Consigment number :[protected]https://www.delhivery.com/tracking) but when I checked it was sent to an address in Coimbatore and I stay in Pune which is no way near to where I live. Then I asked them to escalate and one of the senior and they will re-dispatch the token which they did why BlueDart and this time it was sent to correct address but the name and number they gave to courier was not mine so when courier called that number he told that it was not his parcel consignment number :[protected] (https://www.bluedart.com/web/guest/trackdartresult) and it was sent back to them (Neelambur Shipment Delivered 06 Mar 2024 15:22) now they are denying the refund saying it was delivered and I will have to return it back
But I don't have their token so how will I refund back
