eMudhra Limited — EMudhra eSign landing page shows someone else's name when I click on the landing page link from a Google Search

I do a Google Search for eMudhra eSign. One of the links is titled eSign Landing | eMudhra KYC enrolment. When I click on the link it takes me to a page with someone else's name. I have tried the Chat for more than half an hour and the support line twice for half an hour each time with no response. I am afraid that my Digital Signature has been compromised.
I do not want to give the hyperlink here respecting the other person's privacy in case the issue is eMudhra's bug, but if needed I can give the hyperlink. For now I am attaching a screenshot of the link in Google with the title highlighted.
