- Placed on order online with Enamor.co.in on October 02.
- Received a confirmation email with Order ID:[protected], with a commitment to dispatch the order within 4 days.
- No activity between Oct. 02 and Oct. 15 even after multiple emails/ calls to customer service / emails to customer service
- Received email on Oct. 15 stating order will be dispatched and should reach within 2 days, This is what the email reads -
"We have dispatched your product(s) of Order ID:[protected] through Bluedart courier service. Please use this Airway Bill No:[protected] on http://www.ecomexpress.in/ to see the exact progress.
You shall receive the same within 48 hours."
- No order received, faulty/misleading tracking ID - 1) Bluedart does not recognize this ID and 2) EcomExpress mentions that this order is for an order in Gurgaon that was already completed on Oct. 10 (note that I received the email for dispatch on Oct. 15)
- All in all, Order has still not been received. payment deducted on Oct. 2 itself, Customer Service does not respond even after multiple emails / calls.
