This is the worst experience i had with an ecommerce site. The helpline people are rude. I needed to get an item returned. They said that they do not reimburse the courier money. Had to despatch it myself and now, after 18 days of doing so, i have still not received my money. Tried to reach them through email, no reply. And the phone line also seems to not be working.
