Encroachment — encroachment in front of my safal booth

I have safal booth store for fruit and vegetables given by mother diary fruit and vegetables pvt. Ltd situated at d park pandav nagar, new delhi 110092, booth no. 738. There is wednesday market from 5 p. M to 9 p. M in this area. On this day i am unable to run this shop becouse in front of my booth local theli walas stand their thelis, and block the entry, on this day my booth entry is totally covered by them. I am very poor person, very hard to survive becouse of no income this day.
