EPF Mumbai — Epf amount received incorrect

My EPF account MH/ BAN/36507/331/ HNR/GR-37

Hi
I had to wait for nearly three years to recive my EPF dues. When I finally recieve the same on Sept 2013 the amount was Rs 30, 000/- less as promised in the statement.

I have gone to the bandra office in the past, and they say that the rate have been changed from New Delhi. So I would like to know why did the PF amount is reduce. When approved in June 13, 2013 it calculated a amount of Rs 5, 38, 657. In Sept 13 the final amount settled was Rs 5, 08, 316./-

I need a explaination of how did the PF amount decreased from June to Sept 2013. After waiting for 3 years to receive my due.
