I have completed the 1 year trainee period and 7 years regular period and i have to apply for p f but as on 1st march 2016 new rule is amended. what is the new rule. After 58 years, a person can leave or may not leave. and then if the nominees are uneducated they will suffer by going p f office for claiming the p f . they cant know the rules and regulations and the minimum knowledge of how to apply is not there.
