EPFO Lucknow — Payment of advance from pf no transfer in my bank account

I am an employee o[censored]PTEC Computer Consultancy Ltd. my PF A/c no is UPLKO[protected]. I Submit an application for advance from PF at 10.07.2015. I received an acknowledgement at 30.07.2015 regarding this application with claim Id UPLKO[protected] but till date advance amount not credited in my account.
Sir i have a argent need of fund so Sir please do needful.
