Dear sir, I worked in Bowreah Cotton Mills Company Limited Bauria - 711305, .Distt. Howrah (W. B. ) from 29 th May 1985 to 16th october 1989. My P.F. A/C. No. WB /II8/M/1073/8086 . Afterwards I worked with; 1. M/S Hada Textiles Industries From Nov, 1989 to may 1991 Diamond Harbour Road, 24, Parganas (S), W.B. 2. M/S Rustom Mills & Industries Ltd. From June 1991 to Aug, 1993 Ahmedabad, Gujarat 3. M/S Asarwa Mills From Sep. 1993 to March 2003 10 yearrs (A unit of Bengal Tea & Fabrics Ltd. ) AHMEDABAD I applied from all the above organisations for getting transferred my P.F. Amount from Bowreah Cotton Mills to the respective organisations P.F Accounts, The Bowreah Cotton mill was closed on 18 /03/ 1995. I made no. of correspondences from Asarwa Mills Ahmedabad for the transfer of P.F.amounts of all the above organisations. The P.F. amount of allthe above organisations was transferred to my Asarwa Mills P.F. A/C No. GJ/274/11594, where I served for about ten years . The P.F. amount of Bowreah Cotton Miills is still awaited. Presently I am a retired man and settled at Ahmedabad . I approached to the Mill, s union representative (before last year in aug 2013 ) who told me to submit the proof of working at Bowreah cotton mills.I submitted all the relevent documents to the office "THE REGIONAL P.F COMMISSIONER, EMPLOYEES P.F. ORGANISATION, , S.R.O.HOWRAH, 6TH FLOOR, A/C SECTION 4, 24, BELILIOUS ROAD HOWRAH 711101.I came to know from him that my P.F.amount was withdrawn/ paid to me during the mill working days, I was shocked to know from him. Dear sir, I have not withdrawn/ given any P.F, . amount after I left the services from the mill Please look into the matter and arrange to provide my P.F. amount . and oblige.
