I have take equity pandit premium stock cash services. Its almost a month now but not getting results that there executives promised.

They show profits in their performance sheets but reality is way different. If they report monthly profit of 30k, then its actually a loss of 100k for the customer. There calls are mostly inaccurate. If you rely on their calls, you will lose your hard earned money immediately.

Couple of instances of their fake service -

1. If there calls go wrong - they send a text message - "exit at cost price"

- in 99 percent of the cases stock's current price is not even close to cost price, its mostly 5 or 10 points less. So if you buy 1000 stocks, you would have a loss of 10k. But the company would report that we have sent message to exit at cost price hence its zero loss for customers

2. Premium plan has one call - this is totally fake and incorrect - there are a lot of incorrect calls per day and only one single correct call - sometimes there is no correct call

- their executive says that premium services are very accurate and there is only one call per day hence it saves lot of time. It has been almost 30 days i have taken the services, there 1st call is mostly incorrect and you definitely face a loss for it. They usually send a correct stock in 2nd or 3rd call during end of stock session. Most of the times you are in total loss and its next to impossible to recover from the loss

3. Book partial profits and then all of a sudden they text you to book profit when sl is hit-

There terminology is so fake that it would be next to impossible for you to get any profit. Consider an example below-

Stock xyz. Cmp - 100. Target 1- 102, target 2- 115. Sl - 95

What happens is - stock price goes from 100 to 101 and they text you to book partial profits. They price goes from 100 to 94 and then they text you that call is close and profits are already booked.

This is totally a fake way of working!

4. Moreover their customer service is worst. I have written almost 7 to 8 emails to their support team and its almost two weeks but still havent got any response from the support team. If they provide this kind of service to their premium customers, i wonder what kind of services are provided to customers having basic plan. Their sales executives are freshers who have recently passed out from college. They call themselves as senior customer executive but they really dont know how to have communications with customers. They have zero knowledge about the market.
